By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.


2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Pogoji uporabe


Za vpis v posamezne programe je potrebno kreirati uporabniško ime. Uporabniško ime je kreirano na podlagi elektronskega naslova in imena osebe, ki ga je ustvarila. Uporabniško ime in geslo lahko uporablja le oseba, ki je kreirala račun na https://enr-academy.teachable.com/sign_up. Posredovanje uporabniškega imena in gesla drugim osebam je prepovedano. Pridružujemo si pravico, da tako kršitev sankcioniramo s popolnim izbrisom iz naše spletne akademije - tudi če je ta oseba plačala spletni izobraževalni program.

Prosimo, da ob registraciji uporabite svoje pravo ime. Uporabniške račune s sumljivimi podatki brišemo!


Kot udeleženec spletnega izobraževanja ste dolžni spoštovati predvsem dve pravili: net etiko in avtorske pravice. To pomeni:

  • V posameznih učnih enotah (ali spletnih tečajih) je vklopljena funkcija komentiranja. Želimo, da so komentarji prostor, kjer se drug od drugega še kaj naučimo, zato naj bo izražanje v njej primerno, komunikacija do soudeležencev pa spoštljiva - niso vsi na isti stopnji znanja, zato morda nekaj, kar je samoumevno vam, drugemu (še) ni razumljivo oz. poznano.
  • Vsebina je last izvajalca/ avtorja posameznega spletnega tečaja/ učilnice/ programa in ni dovoljeno, da jo kakor koli reproducirate ali distribuirate dalje. To velja zlasti za video posnetke in pdf materiale. Vse materiale, ki jih lahko pretočite (zdownloadate) na svoj računalnik, lahko uporabljate zgolj v osebne namene (za učenje) – razen če ni drugače navedeno.

 


Drugi posebni pogoji uporabe spletne akademije


Na EnR Akademiji delimo strokonvno znanje, ki prinaša odlične rezultate. Kljub temu ne moremo prevzeti nobene odgovornosti za vašo implementacijo znanja in za pravilno razumevanje znanja v prakso. Sami ste odgovorni za svoje zdravje, počutje in odnose, ki jih soustvarjate. Izvajanje aktivnosti, nalog in soustvarjanje coaching procesa v programih je na lastno odgovornost.

Če imate pri prenosu znanja kakršnekoli izzive, se z nami vedno lahko posvetujete preko elektronske pošte [email protected]. V kolikor se na kakršenkoli način ne počutite dobro, poskrbite zase in se posvetujte z zdravnikom.

Coaching in trenerstvo nistav terapija, zato odgovornost za svoje zdravje in počutje pevzemate sami.

Prosimo vas, da nas obvestite, če imate:

  • kakršnekoli zdravstvene omejitve, poškodbe ali diagnoze, ki bi lahko vplivale na proces izobraževanja ali coachinga (ali bi vam zaradi njih coaching celo odsvetovali in priporočili, da se obrnete na terapevta)
  • če ste noseči in bi to lahko vplivalo na proces.

Nekatere aktivnosti v porgramih lahko vključujejo druge licence (SDI 2.0(R), DISC Flow(R) ipd.). Pro teh materialih je lasništvo posebej navedeno in se od vas kot udeležencev pirčakuje, da ravnate v skaldu z navodili ki so navedeni.

Vse vsebine v porgramu so namenjene za osebno uporabo. Uporabite lahko samo eno kopijo, ni jih dovoljeno kopirati, dajati na splet ali na kakršenkoli način uporabljati pri delu brez izrecnega pisnega dovoljenja avtorjev porgrama in lastnika EnR Academy.
